From his early beginnings blue crabbing off the Florida coasts to fish mongering all of the oceans most beautiful gifts, food has been a part of this chef's life from the start. From seafood to traditional BBQ to vegan menus and five star resort cuisines his range of skills make him incredibly flexible when creating new dishes. His love for food has given him a culinary education specializing in American southern traditional, classic French, barbecue, and is a superior poissonnier. ​ Available for weddings in the area around Limoges and Poitiers
