The intimate Normandy Chateau is the perfect venue for small weddings and events. The property is available to rent on a B & B basis for 2 days. The Chateau is ideal for small events up to a maximum of 50 people. There is accommodation available in the chateau for 12 people sharing. This comprises 4 bedrooms and an attic suite with 2 single beds and one double bed. Guests do not have exclusive use of Le Vieux Chateau as it is also home to the owner. Continental breakfast is served on both mornings. In the local village and its neighbouring village there is accommodation available for approximately 40 additional people in several other B & B locations.

 

The chateau is 50 minutes drive from the port of Caen, 2 hours drive from Paris and 1 hour from Deauville. The chateau sits in a beautiful Pays d'Auge village in idyllic Normandy countryside and is surrounded by farms which produce Calvados and Camembert. There are excellent farms nearby for tastings of local cheese, cider and Calvados. The Normandy landing beaches are 1 hour 20 minutes from the Chateau and Monet's famous Giverny Gardens just 1 hour's drive.
