With over 20 years experience of weddings and events - intimate or large, on private estates or 5* venues, I am available and propose the co ordination and / or staff services at a simple hourly rate. Event Co-Ordination 19€ per hour on site + travel expenses + 190€ pre event planning Event co-ordination is perfect for those not using a wedding planner. The service includes an on the day presence as needed, pre event assistance including the provision of supplier information and translations if required. Supplier contracts remain between couples and their chosen vendors but 2-3 months prior to the event I will take the planning, liaise with suppliers and ensure all is in place ready for the big day. Bar / Service / Cleaning Services 19€ per hour + travel expenses ( minimum number of hours applies, depending on location ) These are available on an hourly basis as required.
