The Django band of Manouche Jazz are based in the Dordogne but are often to be found entertaining crowds throughout Aquitaine, Lot et Garonne, Gironde, Corrèze, Lot, Landes, Charente and Charente Maritime. Their main inspiration comes from the music of Django Reinhardt, but they are also interested in the worlds of Swing Manouche and Be-bop: Wes Montgomery, Charlie Parker and George Benson, as well as Latin music and French song (Charles Trenet, Edith Piaf). The band is available to hire in several configurations from duet to quartet with two guitars, a double bass and a saxophone and / or violin.
