An energetic 6 piece Funk and Soul band for weddings near Toulouse and Bordeaux.

Funky Folk are an amazing, high energy, 6 piece soul & funk band that is made up of experienced session musicians that have worked with famous French bands such as Kungs, Lilly Wood & the Prick and Ephemerals. They can play sets from 2 to 4 hours of 100% Live Music. Their repertoire includes songs from the roots to the fruits : Stevie Wonder, James Brown, Adèle, Aretha Franklin, Bruno Mars, Justin Timberlake, Daft Punk, Chic, Kool & the Gang, Tower of Power… 

 

Their standard line-up includes 6 musicians - guitar, bass, drums, keyboard, singer, sax and a sound engineer. Extras available:  additional singers or a brass section, lights, sound equipment for speeches, acoustic pop soul duo, Gospel singers, string quartet, solo piano lounge bar performance.

 

​They even offer a playlist DJ, which means that if you don't have a DJ, you can have full use of their sound system until 4 A:M to play your own selection of MP3's.
