They offer their services to create elegant menus or buffets (hot and cold) for your wedding reception in the Loire. They are also able to provide takeaway dishes for the get-togethers before and after the actual wedding.
Sample menu - Minimum 50 people
house cocktail - accompanied by 4 toasts
foie gras with Sauternes jelly and salad with raspberry vinaigrette, smoked duck breast and a warm brioche
Green salad embellished with foie gras and Sauternes cubes, smoked duck breast, pine nuts, cherry tomatoes and julienne vegetables stewed together with a balsamic vinaigrette
Flambéed scallops in cognac and cream sauce
Scallop and prawns thermidor accompanied by a rice timbale with vegetable stew
Pavé of venison with huntsman sauce or Perigord sauce or morel mushroom sauce or cranberry sauce
Tournedos of beef with Périgord sauce or morel cream
Breast of chicken stuffed with foie gras with morel cream sauce or Perigord sauce
Veal medallions with morel cream or foie gras sauce
Three vegetables to choose from:

Choice of 3 chesses with green salad, walnut vinaigrette and walnuts
