This delightful chateau, built in Charente limestone, is a study of muted French neo-classic architecture. Its pure, symmetrical lines emphasise the vertical columns, stepped shape and triangular portico, complete with clock and splendid bell tower. It has been lovingly and stylishly renovated to the highest standards throughout and offers superb accommodation, including the grand drawing room with high ceilings and a wealth of detailed wood and plaster panelling. With double doors, it is light and airy, affording picturesque views down wide stone steps over the Highgrove-style parkland.

There is accommodation on site for 18 guests on site with 5 spacious double bedrooms in the chateau and 4 additional bedrooms, including a family inter-connecting suite, in the annexe and pool house..

Set within it's own secluded parkland there is a swimming pool and a church opposite the chateau just a few steps away which welcomes wedding ceremonies of all types.

Enjoy pre-dinner cocktails on the sunny terrace with the chateau as your backdrop. Depending upon the size of the wedding party, your reception can be held in the stone coach house, which seats up to 100 guests and opens on to the terrace surrounding the swimming pool. Or, if you prefer, dine al fresco in the grounds, with glittery fairy lights hanging between the trees. Magical!

On the day after your wedding day, have a relaxed brunch with your guests by the large swimming pool, enclosed by lovely stone buildings.
